Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Zensios, including our website, workspace, APIs, messaging tools, and related services.

Agreement

These Terms of Service are between you and Vyzze Global (Private) Limited, Registration No PV00285234, operator of Zensios. By accessing or using Zensios, you agree to these terms. If you use Zensios on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service

Zensios provides customer communication tools, including a unified inbox, team workflows, web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, API access, analytics, and related features. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate account and workspace information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and access permissions.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security incident.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zensios to:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unsolicited content.
  • Violate messaging channel rules, telecom requirements, anti-spam laws, or data protection laws.
  • Interfere with service integrity, bypass limits, probe systems, or misuse APIs.
  • Upload malware, infringe third-party rights, or process data without appropriate rights and notices.

Messaging Channels and Third Parties

Your use of connected channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Instagram, carrier networks, and other third-party services may be subject to separate policies, fees, approval processes, templates, usage limits, and compliance rules. You are responsible for using each channel lawfully and in accordance with applicable provider terms.

Fees and Billing

Paid plans, usage fees, message fees, and API fees are described at signup, in your workspace, or in an agreed order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, exclusive of taxes, and payable in accordance with the billing terms presented to you.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to Zensios. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and support that data for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to process customer conversations through Zensios.

Availability and Support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Zensios is provided on an availability basis unless a separate written service level agreement applies. Maintenance, outages, third-party channel interruptions, or network issues may affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zensios and Vyzze Global (Private) Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using Zensios at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service unlawfully. After termination, access to your workspace and data may be limited according to our retention practices.
