Zensios provides a unified inbox and messaging platform for WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Instagram, web chat, team routing, and customer conversation workflows.

Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, workspace name, company details, login data, and billing contact details.
- Communication data processed through Zensios, including message content, sender and recipient identifiers, channel metadata, timestamps, attachments, delivery status, and conversation notes.
- Usage and diagnostic data such as pages visited, device information, browser type, IP address, log events, performance data, and feature usage.
- Support and sales information you provide when contacting us, requesting demos, submitting forms, or communicating with our team.
How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Zensios services.
- Deliver customer conversations across connected channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Instagram, and web chat.
- Authenticate users, manage workspaces, process payments, and provide customer support.
