Who We Are

Zensios is operated by Vyzze Global (Private) Limited, Registration No PV00285234, Level 35, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka. Zensios provides a unified inbox and messaging platform for WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Instagram, web chat, team routing, and customer conversation workflows.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, workspace name, company details, login data, and billing contact details.
  • Communication data processed through Zensios, including message content, sender and recipient identifiers, channel metadata, timestamps, attachments, delivery status, and conversation notes.
  • Usage and diagnostic data such as pages visited, device information, browser type, IP address, log events, performance data, and feature usage.
  • Support and sales information you provide when contacting us, requesting demos, submitting forms, or communicating with our team.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Zensios services.
  • Deliver customer conversations across connected channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Instagram, and web chat.
  • Authenticate users, manage workspaces, process payments, and provide customer support.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, detect security issues, and troubleshoot service problems.
  • Send product updates, service notices, onboarding messages, and lawful marketing communications where permitted.
